Happiness - is it something that we achieve when we are able to tick all the boxes on our special list of goals that we have highlighted to ourselves as being crucial to our own sense of satisfaction and completeness OR is it simply a mood that we are in for a collection of coincidental reasons (or that we believe that we are in - depending on our perspective on life), or is it an actual state of emotional well-being that we achieve (whether consciously or sub-consciously)? Together with Love, it seems to one of the most complicated, sometimes elusive and definitely difficult to describe 'states of being'.
