Happiness - is it something that we achieve when we are able to tick all the boxes on our special list of  goals that we have highlighted to ourselves as being crucial to our own sense of satisfaction and completeness OR is it simply a mood that we are in for a collection of coincidental reasons (or that we believe that we are in - depending on our perspective on life), or is it an actual state of emotional well-being that we achieve (whether consciously or sub-consciously)? Together with Love, it seems to one of the most complicated, sometimes elusive and definitely difficult to describe 'states of being'. HOW DO YOU DEFINE HAPPINESS AND WOULD YOU SAY THAT THERE ARE DIFFERENT STAGES/LEVEL OF HAPPINESS?

I think happiness is a very special feeling that we have to let into our lives in order to actually feel it....I mean, its strange to think that happiness is something you can achieve by simply accepting your life as it is - but certainly its one big step towards achieving happiness. Its very hard to encapsulate this in words because once you achieve a certain "level" of happiness there is absolutely nothing wrong with setting new, achievable goals to aspire to - by the same token, there is nothing at all with saying, thinking and feeling - well I can still feel good and happy about where I am and who I am today....I can still smile and be nice and feel good about it, while still aspiring to something else which in time I might achieve.
